When you work with me, you improve your ability to identify what you want in life and activate a plan to achieve what you want. You develop the courage to stop committing to things you do not want to do and allow, "No to be a complete sentence." You develop new relationships and repair broken relationships. You learn that communication is the key to relationships of any kind. I am a master therapist providing individual, family, and couples therapy. Who do you know that should contact me?
Therapy is just as much about being ready to change your life and be the person you want to be as it is about looking at what is negatively impacting your life. The question is, are you ready to be who you want to be? Others live their lives for the sake of other people, are you ready to live life for you? When you are ready, the residual impact is that people around you become better because you establish boundaries and expectations as to how they should treat you. Whether you are single, married, a teen or an adult how you treat yourself will set the pace for others. Choose to be ready?

You deserve a private space to yourself without judgement about who you are and what you think. You owe it to yourself and others to care for yourself.
Becoming the adult you want to be begins with the choices you are making now. Managing relationships and having healthy thoughts of yourself all benefit when a positive space is provided for you to be heard.
We all grew/grow up in some form of a family system. The communication and overall interaction within the family impacts every area of our lives. Having peace at home translates to peace in our lives.
Couples who are able to connect consistently, emotionally, sexually, intellectually, spiritually, and financially put in the work to do so. Your relationship is worth the work.
Workshops are a great limited-time commitment to getting tools and information that help you be the better version of yourself. All workshops allow you time to practice new tools and build upon your current skills.
No group or location is too big or small.
Dr. Cooper provides professional tailored presentations on a variety of topics, such as; "How do I navigate being a mother and a wife?", and "Understanding self-injury in teens and adults."
We love personalized direct contact with our clients.
